ABOUT ME
My name is Tanner and I have been training for over a decade. I grew up playing a variety of sports including taekwondo, boarder cross, rugby, volleyball, football, soccer, and track and field. I found my passion for strength training at a young age and eventually got more specifically into powerlifting and bodybuilding.
I graduated from my business degree (BBA) from St. FX University in 2019, then my BSc in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in 2022. I am currently a MSc Physiotherapy Candidate at Dalhousie University. Additionally, I have completed the equivalent to a minor in Psychology throughout my formal education.

In 2020 I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. I have experience in training a variety of varsity teams at Saint Mary's & Dalhousie University. This included football, hockey, volleyball, track and field, rugby, and more.

Additionally I was an Athletic Trainer at Dalhousie University for Basketball and Rugby where I gained extensive experience in injury care and prevention.

I am also a certified coach with the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) in Canada.
